This Return, Refund & Replacement Policy applies to purchases made through surzion, a brand operated by Kapson.
We aim to ensure that customers receive the correct products in proper condition.
Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

For products that are confirmed to have been wrongly supplied or damaged/defective due to an issue attributable to Surzion, the applicable shipping costs will be handled by Surzion, subject to verification.
Eligible products are covered by a one-year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning from the date of delivery.

Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method permitted by the payment provider.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account may depend on the relevant bank, payment gateway or financial institution.
Where a product is returned because of a customer-requested return rather than a confirmed defect, wrong-product delivery or other issue attributable to Surzion, applicable shipping charges may not be refundable.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available and the customer may use the applicable return process described in this Policy.
